Use the calculators in your browser. Your inputs stay on this page until you choose to include a specification in a quote request. Start with product measurements, then compare structure, volume, weight and labels.

Sizing and weight

Measure length, width and height with your preferred units. Courier dimensional weight uses external package dimensions and the divisor specified by your carrier. Internal capacity and outside shipping dimensions are different measurements.

Mylar bag tools

A flexible bag needs room for the product depth, seal and opening. Use these calculations as a starting point, then confirm the actual bag structure with a physical fit sample. Headspace is a volume calculation, not a food preservation recommendation.

Codes and labelling

Generate QR codes and supported barcodes locally. Check the encoded content and test a printed sample with your intended scanner. Retail identifiers must be assigned to your own products; the generator does not register a GTIN.

When a calculator is not enough

Board thickness, inserts, tolerances, print coverage and finishing can affect the final structure. Send your calculated dimensions with the quantity and artwork requirements so we can review a production specification.

If you plan with an AI assistant

Are these packaging tools free?

Yes. All calculations run in your browser without a login or email.

Will a calculator replace a physical fit test?

No. Confirm the finished structure, board thickness and tolerances with a sample or approved dieline.

Can I include the result in my quote?

Yes. Use the Copy specification button and paste the result into Project Details.

Do QR codes or barcodes need checking?

Test the downloaded code and a printed sample with your scanner before production.
